Celebrate Mom and send a kid to camp.

This event is a fundraiser for our youth to go to summer camp. A variety of handmade crafts and vendors are expected to setup booths indoors and outdoors to bring you some great Mother’s Day gifts!

VENDOR INFORMATION

We are seeking vendors and handmade crafters to come and sell their merchandise. 

The show will take place at Crosspoint Community Church at the above address. If you are unfamiliar with our church building, we are set up in the old Keebler Warehouse on Waverly Road in Westmoreland area. We have a large indoor space (roughly two basketball court sized) where we can set up several spaces (air conditioned). There will also be room for another more outdoor spaces in the parking area where you are free to set up your own tables/chairs and canopies. 

The prices for these are as follows: 

• indoor spots $35 (air conditioned, tables provided) 

• outdoor spots $25

• All spots will be 10' x10'. 

Set up will begin at 8am and vendors are asked to remain for the duration of the sales period (until 4 pm).

The students will volunteer to help you unload/setup (as much help as you want). You will be assigned a runner who will be able to bring you food and drinks you purchase and to watch your table if you need to use the restroom. Tips for these kids will be much appreciated as they are raising money for camp. 

Concessions will be available for all vendors and customers. 

Tables or chairs are available in indoor spots and outdoor are first-come, first served until they run out of them. 

If you need electricity, an additional charge of $10 will be required.

Advertisement will include Facebook (We will expect accepted vendors to post the event ad on their social media), local radio event boards, flyers in local businesses (Huntington, Ashland, Barboursville, etc.), and word of mouth.
